so the arm it’s longer from the mounting point of the suspension to the hub.
so i won’t have problems with my rear suspension working misaligned or twisted?because i have the same doubt on the front,i see a lot of mk2 running mk3 wide track on the front, but i wonder if the suspension still work perpendicular to the arm or inclined.
sorry for that lot of question and my english is not very good.
ah i forgot, what ARB i have to use with a mk2 rear axle with mk3 wide track trailing arms?and is the CV joint in the rear hub the same between vr6 syncro and mk2 syncro?

    Good to know!
Is the mounting point of the rear shocks in the same place on the arm between mk2 and mk3 wide track arms?or the shock absorber will work slightly “not straight” using the mk3 wide rear on the mk2 Syncro chassis?

    Thank you very much chris!

Do you know if the VR6 rear anti roll bar can fit the mk2 rear axles and if it’s any bigger than the rallye or passat g60 ones?

(i know there’s a little difference between them, but i can’t understand why, as you said the rear passat g60 syncro axle is the same as the golf mk2/ralle but with thicker bearings..

so it’s a bit better than the mk2 one,but if i want to use mk3 vr6 syncro axle with mk2 syncro trailing arms,is it possible?

    anyone can help me?
car still don’t run well, checked the timing and it’s ok,but it still smell of fuel when the engine is running and it consumes a lot of petrol…if i use it without running full throttle,i manage to do 7km/l…my rallye g60 consumes a lot less even when i pull it!
carb settings are still the same….sometimes when i stop the engine,it try to stay running for 1 or 2 seconds, even without keys!
