damn, wish i was rich
but, i’ll get the parts eventually all those proportioning valves looked to me like to they are two inlet and two outlets.. mine only has one in, and two out
so, well, did some stripping of the passat today, not much, but got the left axle off, and the swaybar
(****ing rusted bolts)and loosened the propshaft from the VC
took some pics too

Well, I need new calipers, probably get some MKIV ones instead of these “rustlikecrazyandseizesupcrap” calipers

handbrake cables

discs
pads
abs sensors
and probably some bushings aswellOh, and just for the hell of it, poor syncro which looks like a colorchart is parked in the cold outside the garage, poor thing
damn, its been some slow days, been tired and lazy.. but, on it again today, hopefully i’ll remember my camera, not much to take photos of tho, but the rear is getting stripped today

took the ABS harness out today.. and it was connected to a plug which went to the roof of the car. color of the wire was black with yellow stripe
what is that for?
yeah, its getting there. slowly, but steadily
damn money-pit.. but who cares, its just money, can’t measure money in fun was out testing the syncro a little today, runs great, no noises from the drivetrain after i changed the propshaft
so. all it needs now, is some blinkers, new bulbs for the headlights. new bonnet (the original one was dented badly, and the one i put on was even worse as the whole bonnet was twisted
)and a new track alignment, and sort out some minor exhaust leaks, then its all good to go to the EU-test. so i can get my plates
i want to drive it around a bit before i convert the engine etc most undercarrige bits will be cleaned and repainted

Does the transferbox have its own filling hole(plug) for gearoil. (it got its own drainplug)thats the direct translation, altho it was very poor written even in norwegian
would these ABS sensors fit the golf? since i’m going with the passats abs, i’m a luttle unsure of the sensors. the resistance in the sensors for the passat and golf is the same?
