also the ASU box has a cast iron transfer box & the CBB has a cast aluminium one.Gear ratios are

]It is different, but you can adapt the 2wd sender to fit the (deeper) Syncro tank,

btw VW have a balance weight for the cablechange changer mech, P/N 357 711 188A
its a similar idea as fitted to the Golf 3 rodchange box & smooths out the shifting.Apart from being a lot stronger the 02C box will give you higher ratios so reducing your revs at high speed.
Yes Peloquin do make a LSD for the 02C box, 02C diff here http://www.peloquins.com/products_02C.html
however you can fit this http://www.peloquins.com/products_80.html to your 020 box
