ETKA does not show any so it looks like it fills when you fill the gearbox (capacity 3 liters)
Hydraulic Clutch! so you will need to swap the pedal box for the Passat one as the hydraulic clutch one is different than the cable clutch type.

A good O2C Gearbox will run all day at 200 bhp, people have been known to put over 300 bhp through them, but thats when things usually start breaking,
you must also remember that any original Rallye gearbox is going to be 20 years old and with who knows how many miles on it?
so they do need treating with a little bit of consideration.
In that case let me see if I can buy this one to replace mine, as I have a complete harness & computer here if you want it?

The ABS/EDL computer you need can be either p/n 535 907 379A,
535 907 379B, 535 907 379E or 535 907 379FThe track increase is in the triangles anyway, and not the subframe which is why I thought it might fit. [
]Basically any cable change 02C 4 cylinder transfer box will do, it can be from either a Golf 2 or 3 or a Passat 35i.
It is Mounted on the rear axle carrier just to the right hand side of the rear diff, it is also connected to the rear ARB by a spring mounted control arm, and will have either 3 or 4 brake pipes connected to it as well, it looks like this [

Yes but it will need retracking anyway, and normally they do a complete wheel alignment which includes camber,
btw the G60 Golf 2 wings are about 2cms wider than the std Golf ones
I just had another thought about this, the later EDL master cylinder has an extra plug on it (for the EDL)
If the Passat has only ABS & is not fitted with EDL (Electronic Differential Lock) then is is a direct swap,
You can count the number of wires in the Passat harness where it was connected to the ABS computer and if the Golf harness has the same number of wires you will be ok.
Somewhere I think I have the ABS Manual in English (hopefully)
Do you know the VIN nr or year of the Passat?
