Very rare indeed, I think somewhere between 1200 & 1500 were made, compared to 5000 or so for the Rallye.
The 25mm bar is meant for the Passat Estate car self levelling rear suspension, but that shouldnt really matter
the inner brackets need extending forward, it should be obvious when you dry fit it.Les posted on here a long time ago about it, but I dont know how find his photos on the new site & can’t find the post either, sorry
Do you mean the 20mm bar or the 25mm bar? the 20mm is a straight fit but the 25mm needs the centre brackets extending
I am not sure, but I dont think it is a good idea to retrograde the ECU to a no Lambda version,
I have found the cam, I think? must check it.
The tuning chip was meant to work with a Lambda & while it will work without
I am not sure over the fuelling & ignition timing without the Lambda feedback & control as to how much it will be safely controlled,
Also if your logbook says U9 in the & a Lambda control is not fitted the you might fail the MOT on emissions or at least you would over here (bastards!)
It might be better to find the correct lambda ECU on eBay.deI cant find one that says Syncro?
