if it makes it any easier in your search, you could always run a vr6 housing on a rallye 02a gearbox and run a rallye syncro rear end

so you changing the rear diff as well ?

i have the internals of a vr6 transfer box and a ally casing for one, needs ends plates

the transfer box won`t fit the rallye or g60 syncro anyway unless you change the diff to vr6 cos its a bolt in shaft but i guess its not to hard to change the diff anyway,

is it a 02a box , just enquiring about the clutch really
never used a controller until i built my mk1, up until then it was on or off , fwd 100% or 50/50, now its similar but little more controlable
