HouseyParticipantso thats how its fitted, damn, that looked like a hard bracket to replicate well, some flat 2mm steel might work aswell
HouseyParticipantThe intercooler i had pascal buy for me came today it looks good..
does anyone have pictures of the bracketry that holds the top/sidemounted intercooler setup on the G60 golf with Aircondition?

Heres the casing with fresh welds. looks good, hard to get a good photo from it, but it looks really good in the metal
inside of the casing:
outside of the casing:
transmission almost completed, needs a new sealring (bought)
and need to reinstall the angle drive
HouseyParticipantthe transmission is almost finished now got it back from the welder yesteday, and started the assembly
whats left on the transmission is a sealring, (which i have bought today) and refitting of the angle drive
and ofcourse, fill it with new fluid
HouseyParticipantthe transmission casing was delivered for welding today
picking it up on wednesday going to run me €100. but it has to be done
HouseyParticipantdid some more work today, most of the interior is now back together, new heater core is installed, dash is reinstalled
carpets are back in. and most of the wiring so. things are getting along nowHouseyParticipanthopefully, if i’m not having a big hangover tomorrow, i’ll be able to piece the interior back together
