Country is going to get “new” engine next weekend. I bought new mask also and some new interior parts. Next thing would be checking that spare visco if those mounting lugs could be fixed (it has lost threads somehow) and maybe change that visco stuff with new wacker.

i didnt buy them but the guy who sold my country to me said they were like 300 euros a pair. Pricey, but these ones are serviceable. That shop is in Finland , i bet that you have there similar kind of shop. Hope you understand my writing…

BTW i found one PF engine from ebay. It has 150 thousand kilometers behind and A/c compressor, so maybe i might have Cool car someday if i find rest what is needed for working ac in mk2 golf.

It’s snowing now here in Finland. Got to get urgently this car running again so i could really use that 4wd. I think i’m going to buy a 1500kg winch also and marix puma tyres. But firstly i have to find a decent engine.

Does that squirter mean it has oil injection under piston? If it is i have heard that these are quite easy to install later on to allmost any block by using ones on KR block. Injectors wont open under 2Bar oil pressure. I might be wrong becouse this is something i have heard, not seen.
