Which one do you need 191 919 823B or 823D? as they have a different number of output pins.

I have some rebuilt ones here but need to know which one you have [:)]

I just checked & the rebuilt ones I have are the B version.

but I can probably rebuild yours with new parts if you send it to me.

The metal fixing brackets are the same as the standard smaller diameter Syncro rear bar, you only need the 4 mounting rubbers.

VW still have them listed as available, part nrs are as follows, rear roll bar 357 511 409D inner rubbers x2 191 511 413B outer rubbers x2 191 511 437B

Unfortunately I dont have one available atm.

I’m sorry but I really think that that is not going to be a common or easily found part.

Do you mean the front flange from the 16v Syncro Golf LTD, or just the front flange from an 8V Rallye? if its the latter then it is still available from VW P/N 037 121 132B & for less than a tenner as well.

While the VR6 Transfer box will bolt up to the gearbox & physically fit you will have problems getting (& keeping)a measured amount oil in the tranfer box (there is no filler plug on top of the transfer box) you would be better off fitting the VR6 transfer box to a Passat Syncro 02C type gearbox (with oilways)

When you consider the average age of our cars (specifically us MK 2 owners) I am constantly suprised that our cars keep passing the MOT, APK, TUV, whichever your local test is, and that we actually have 20 ish year old roadworthy cars, its a tribute to the original VW build quality, after all how many vauxhall/opels or Fords etc of the same age do you see on the road?

Given the nature of the fluid that is suggested, it may help your car to stop rather than go!

For Real Toys, Pascal & I recently (A couple of months ago) went to see someone with 5 (yes 5) Golf Rallys, 2 were road Rallys, but the other 3 were VW Motorsport Rallys & included the 3rd placed car in the New Zealand Rally (when was that? 1991 I think) he had boxes & boxes full of things like 6 speed 02C dog change gearboxes, carbon fiber propshafts & driveshafts (with 110mm flanges) VW Motorsport Rally rear diffs like you have never seen, with no cv unit, it was a real treat & the 6 hours or so we spent being shown around wasn’t half long enough.

The trailing arm bushes will fit but the side mounts for the rear beam wont aqs they are too small.
