What you can do is to combine an 02M 4Motion gearbox with the gears from a 02M FWD Tdi gearbox. If you can’t get your hand on a gearbox fom a Tdi 4Motion 6-speed. But they are rare.
Adapters arrived today. They are quite heavy, 2kg. each.
Another supplier, € 2800 for the kit:
Gearbox bracket from Epytec.

The guy who had them made was charged € 700 for them and they were made in a series of two pairs.
I bought them second hand on eBay for nearly half the price.
They can be copied
Just got my hands on a pair of adapters for 256 mm. rear discs for Syncro, fit S3/TT Quattro/R32 discs and calipers. They’re not a shelf item but a prototype.
Front engine bracket from DutchBuild, this one for VR6 engine. He makes them for 4 cylinder applications as well
02M mount, a bit more solid then Dutchbuild’s
The outer CV’s have different splines for the hub. If you want to go with 4Motion outer CV’s you’ll have to change the hub for the front VR6 item.
The reason why you have to cut the shaft ends is because the Haldex diff is wider. If you don’t cut the shaft will be too long and the shaft will brake the CV’s.
Cutting the inner side of the shaft to make room for the CV joint is needed due to the thicker 100 mm inner CV. The 90 mm Rallye CV is approx 5 mm thinner then the 100 mm CV.

Do you have a part# for this one? It would solve a problem for me…
