re2Participant
I have a source who i bought my towbar off that reproduces them- ill try and find his email address. Original ones occassionally turn up on ebay.de
re2Participantbump for a useful thread
does anyone know if the DX or EV blocks are compatible?
re2Participantthat sounds like a gem! Ive only ever seen one lhasa green mk2 before
re2Participantre2Participantyes it comes with the arch trims
(guess i forgot to upload that pic- oops [] )re2Participantok, so all ill need is a standard Golf Syncro gearbox and the original diesel diff or will the standard syncro gearbox do?
ta chrisre2Participanti too have been thinking along the 1.9 tdi route for a while. Luckily by transfer box is ok. Wouldnt it be easier to get a transfer box and then just swap the engine. I even contemplated the 1.6td as its quite a tunable engine but its a wee thing and i bet the 1.9 is more tourqey
re2Participantim sure ive scanned a few brochures over th eyears but not the g60 one- not too sure where my collection is at the mo
re2Participantid bought some larger diameter fuel lines and not got as far as trying them out for fitment
re2Participantits something ill be looking at soon so ill post my findings. Just waiting for the repainted shell to be returned
re2Participantno brochure that ive seen for the Limited. There is a brochure for the G60 syncro and also a one page leaflet although the leaflet is rarer. Theres a multitude of Rallye brochures. Quite a few country brochures/leaflets. Tonnes of Golf syncro and quite a lot of Jetta syncro. Press phots are plentiful and a couple of press packs. The rarest item I have is a massive Syncro drivechain poster that must have been for a showroom. Best place to look is ebay.de as nothing much is posted on the net- i think quite a few online are my doing. Have a look around this site as i dont usually publish them on the more common sites so i dont get my bandwidth hammered
re2ParticipantMine didnt come with an adj steering column but the adj headlights id always thought of as a standard feature because of the towing capability of the Country
re2Participantlooks like the competition has been reset, so all votes were reset to 0………. no idea why

Its made the top 20!!
How funny would that be to see a Country rise and fall

If you agree, or just see if it would be interesting to find out, please vote for the largest arch gap in the competition- lets deck this b**ch!
re2ParticipantThe Country was put aside at the end of Sept as im now using a Mk2 GTD as a daily. The Country is too good to spend another winter on or salty roads- unless it snows
