im going to guess its a golf syncro part and they dont realise the legs are longer on a Country. I have the new Bilsteins on the rear and mine already came with new VW items on the front. Ive a complete spare set of original shocks if i ever decide to refurb them

Hi. Any 8v one designed for a GTI will fit. Ill be selling a powdercoated G60 cover very soon as Im putting mine back to standard. Ill see if I can find a pic
