no such userParticipantI have used this stuff before, well similar stuff called AL75 got given a sample by a swedish bloke from an aviation company selling the stuff at the landrover nationals last year, it works and works well but the demo on 16swg ali is much easyer than most things you want to do , aparently it’s what they stick the new passenger jets together with

Hi,
I’m Thomas aka Diamond Hell. I’ve just bought an ’89 Jetta Syncro to be my daily driver. I’m not completely new to Syncro-ness as I’ve had a Syncro T25 Doka Transporter for over five years. I’m also a member of Club 80-90 and sorted out MSA affiliation for the club so we could hold off roading events for Transporter Syncros – We’ve done two so far and had a lot of fun.
Only collected the car yesterday, but had a fanatastic drive back from Gloucester, over Cranbourne Chase last night and used this opportunity to learn quite a lot about the Jetta’s handling ! Was amazed ! It really is out of this world, especially on cheap-assed 175 rubber.
I’ve got a list of upgrades and stuff I want to do to the car, so no doubt I’ll be posting on here quite a bit in the next few months !
So far I’ve checked the pads, got the coolant flushed, emissions checked (all good). The only thing about it is the wings are a little bit manky – looks like there are rust traps in the returns on the wings Oh well – it’s all fixable and definitely all good !
