so lengths of front shafts on rallye will be 320mm and 416mm
if wanting to keep 4 stud……. whats the best way of mating a tt joint to a rallye outer?
or would the best option be to fit vr6 front hubs redrilled to 4×100, so 2 different shafts dont have to be jointed together.
i.e tt shaft shortened like above.jofg60Participantwhich one of the three is needed to fit the mk2 clocks ?
jofg60Participantgot this to help it along
gt3076r hta with tial v-band housing
catcams 3658’s
vibratechnic comp mounts
valve train kit
ina baffled sumpi have loads of engine parts in boxes with so much left to buy
jofg60Participantyou can get a uprated bush for the hanger from german ebay. ive got one
jofg60Participantits due to plastic sheeting being missing or ripped behind the door card. if its damaged or ripped the door card get wets then drips down into the car hence making into rear footwell wet.

there are pics on the site.
In first instance I tried using the TT shifter assembly by modifying the housing so it would fit inside the MkII tunnel section. When fitted I wasn’t satisfied with the result, both sides of the shifter housing were in contact with the tunnel which would result into vibration/noise. The solution would be using the shifter housing from the 2000 model VW Polo. Part# 6N0 711 061A for the shifter housing, Part# 6N0 711 090A for the bottom plate. The Polo shifter housing is a direct bolt-in only thing that needed to be done is to bolt all the related parts into the new housing. While doing so I noticed that the sideways shifter arm also needed to be replaced by the Polo item due to the fact that the Polo housing is smaller in width compared to the TT housing and therefore there’s not enough room for the shifter arm to operate, the Polo arm is flat design while the TT arm is bended (see pic2). The Part# of the Polo shifter arm is 6N0 711 611C. Due the fact I had removed the original mounting brackets in the attempt to fit the TT shifter assembly I had to buy new items. Part# 6N0 803 875 and 876. Welded them in and installed the shifter assembly.
Part list:
6N0 711 061A shifter
6N0 711 090A base plate
6N0 711 611C shifter arm, mk4 one does not fit!

if this was the front you replaced mike it only lasted a year
jofg60Participantive spend £0000’s with ina engineering and never had any problems with any parts. ina custom make other parts for the big well known tuning companys in the states such as 034 motorsport.
also i sure ina dont make the pump, they only make/design the brackets to produce a kit to fit the relevant engine.
jofg60Participantpic of conversion mount?
jofg60Participantreplied
jofg60Participantwould you sell just the rear setup?
jofg60Participantmessage sent
jofg60Participantno problem
jofg60Participanti have that little bit of loom that goes from the 2 pin connector, then to the rad switch and then to the 3pin for the rad.
