There’s a few NRD’s out there I think!! There’s a 2wd G60 as well!! My extra thought on this is also I’ve only ever seen H plate G60 Syncros???

Thnaks for the advice PVL. The charger still has an oil feed and it looks good inside the charger. I’m going to incorporate the crank breather in to the pipe for the second inlet pipe on the charger for some extra lube. I’ve done the last two rebuilds myself so I’ve only got myself to blame if it blows up!!
The map was done by Pitstop and I can’t fault his work. The car is so so smooth now!!
G-Werks and Pitstop know what are good materials to use. I personally haven’t had any problems with them, but no business can have 100% happy customers 100% of the time.
The car runs standard Digifant ECU and the engine still has the turbo cams in it. (Could probably do with N/A cams)
    Good links as well!!

Still needs loads of work but collecting the spares I need. Still got the transfer box I got off you Chris ages ago. Got a spare rear diff with all new bits to go in it plus I now have a spare lower mileage gearbox (85,000ish miles compared to my 165,000 miles!!).
Also finally had the car re mapped last week – only took me 4 years to sort out!!! lol!! Brilliant differance to the drive. Very smooth and can be driven really well slow or fast!!

Chris – The air box is from SWG. Looks pretty good to me and hopefully adds its little bit to the power party!!

My mate decided that he had to take some pics of my car. Who was I to stand in his way? Here’s a few. He’s got a few more to sort through.

I’m looking at doing this mod very soon as I need new tyres and my front end needs re adjusting. I’ve got a couple of questions.
Do I need to make up 4 plates or do I need more?
The 40mm long plates – do I need them or are they spare? Sorry if these are stupid questions!!

That looks amazing!! Think I might need to stick a LSD in my new box. Always put off thinking I need to do both!

It would be good to have a price to work to. Would be on the next year list of jobs though.

I wouldn’t mind getting a cage in mine, but, as you say, no show rubbish. Something that’ll do a good job if the worst happens!!

That must scare the pants off you!!! I can’t even imagine how quick it does everything!! Mine is nowhere near as quick but it’s still an easy license loser!!!

This looks like a top job for me to do!! Mine runs very low and the handling is affected by the amount of camber on the rear.

Thaks for the positive reply Diamond Hell!! Got to get the timing sorted. Managed to very nearly snap my timing belt, but the local garage aint set it back up right I reckon, so off to G-Werks for a check up!! Fingers crossed it’ll be a mover once again!!
