    Hopefully it is just a lazy thermostat as there are no bubbles in the header tank under normal round town running.

    The non power steering has a lower ratio than the power rack (less turns lock to lock with power), there are 2.7 turn & 3 turn racks available in LHD I dont know about RHD though.
    With decent 195 or 205 section tyres fitted the non power steering is extremely heavy at low (parking) speeds & unless your surname is schwartzenegger you will soon get fed up with it.

    FYI, The power steering rack is Syncro specific, as is the speedo head, these 2 items alone make this a good buy at the price. [:p]

    There is a separate full length subframe that the bodyshell sits on

    The G60 manifold will physically fit to the head, but the downpipe fouls the RHD steering column where it joins the rack, the gearbox doesn’t make any difference.

    If it is right hand drive then no it wont, however if you are left hand drive then yes the manifold, downpipe, cat and backbox will all physically fit, the pipe diameters are different though, and you need to fit a rallye underfloor fuel pump and a pair of hanger brackets to fit the double silencer boxes though.
    I have done this conversion on my Syncro it not too difficult a job and really does make a difference to the engines breathing.

    Actually there is not that much difference as diamond hell is in Bristol & dannyp is in Ross-on-wye

    I dont have that many new parts for 020 boxes left anymore, a few assorted bearings, Synchro rings & reversing light switches and thats it i’m afraid.
