I just checked & the propshaft flange for the early type (without oilways) is no longer available from the dealer over here either,
I am not sure but I think rallyemike may have a used one, you could always email & ask him.
Do you know if you have the early or late type gearbox? (thats either with or without oilways from the gearbox to the transfer box?)
also it it the flange to the propshaft or the right hand front driveshaft?
I can then check with my dealer to see whats available
I just looked in Etka and the part numbers are the same for the Country, so they should fit without any problems.

If you get the fuel tank try and make sure to get the filler neck as well, as this is also Syncro specific.
BTW The rims are only 6 inch wide rims, but I don’t think that you will find 6.5 inch rims that easily,
