Hi. I’ve been using this forum for a while now for its vast amount of information so thought it about time i joined up and say hi.
I’m currently building a vw golf rallye. Which i am converting to run a TT3.2 VR with the DSG gearbox along with the Haldex, dash, heated leather, climate control, lock, stock the bloomin lot.
I am trying to create a classic looking 80’s rally car thats a reliable, sensible, dependible (and all the other words that end in ible) car on the inside. I’m not trying to make the fastest car on the road because there is always some schmuck with a blank cheque who can do that. I’m building this to be MY ultimate car and when finished will be my daily driver.
I’ll try and start a build thread when i get chance.

please do make a project thread. and update frequently if you can i love these threads. and get so much inspiration from others Hey kid hows it going, i also just joined up to this site as i bought syncro golf mk2 5dr not so long ago. I’m looking to transfer bits over to my mk2 3dr golf but im gone a hold off for now this as only few things wrong with it m.o.t failure im sure il do this and drive the five dr around until it falls to bits lol. But I do agree with all that is going to be 1 mental piece off aride.
p.s love to see pic’s keep up the gud work.
