If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something, Says it all ,cast casing and steel end cap may help, everything that has been moddified is holding up at the mo, just the standard stuff thats giving up, thats probably y VWmotorsport went with the cast iron casing and cast rear diff
think i`d rather have a cv joint break or a drive shaft[
], y is always the expensive parts [
]right on the 3rd transfer box now, custom 6mm plate bracket has been made to fit around the transfer box, not only did it rip out the bolt that holds the transfer box to the diff , it snapped the end off the quaife input shaft in the box, new final drive has been fitted ,
and god alive its goes like f..k, in fact its makes my knees shake, wot a buzz, yet its still perfectly driveableNutter, I’ll get in contact with my friend to see if there has been any further progress on the billet 02M angle drive.
