RHD 3 door syncro

Hello people, I havent been on this site for a long time, I recently tracked down a car that i missed out on buying about 5 years ago, its a 1987 golf syncro 3 door and its right hand drive. i had a good look around the engine bay/bulkhead and it does not look to have been converted, it has proper black carpet inside with rhd wear pads. it has powersteering but no abs and the speedo reads in kms.

i remember the lady owner telling me that she bought the car from some german people (the husband was a vw employee) who had a holliday home here in ireland and that the car was specially built for them, she sold the car to her mechanic who still has it today and im trying to persuade him to sell it to me, it has been laid up outside all this time and it is covered in moss, ill try to get pictures up soon
