    well been back today to pj motosport …the low end fueling much better now pulls clean like a n/a then the whoosh put a grin on my face and tightens the butt lace !!!! :blink:

    think i have a issue with fuel surge now though ,as when she boosts hard and i have less than a 1/4 of a tank the power backs off then comes back in like a tonne of the proverbial….swirl pot !! or baffel the tank ????

    but fair play to pj motorsport they have said “bring it over and we will do all we can “top team over there very clued up and very thourough …they deffo put the priority on making engine last rather than push it til it breaks ….and will explain what is going on all the way through …. :) proper petrol heads…

    yes mate very happy …..just some fettling to do now …jus bought some 312mm audi tt brakes ..so the rotas and g60 set up for sale now !!!

    well it went to pj motorsport of wolverhampton fri ( courtesy of my sponsor matt of dubunit ) after a few teething issues she got mapped up :huh:
    she pushed out over 400 but due to intercooler instability temp issues and boost pipe restriction ( causing excessive turbulance and air temp increase at 26psi ) pj decided for safe play and engine protection 380bhp will do for now …need to up size the boost pipes to 2.5″inch(current 2″ )and need a better core in the intercooler mine is old and insufficient to maintain the intake temp required to push the boost on !!!( gutted )

    the car is relentless in its power delivery and puts it on the floor effortlessly ( love the syncro )due back on the dyna pak tues for some more detailed fettling ….

    again thanks to matt (dubunit) and all the people who have helped along the way

    been out playing in mine too wow …4wd drifting is sooo much fun its so easy to do it controlled too…idid not realise how much drive can get tothem rear wheels its mental

    the tank is std and fuel lines just modified a evo 7 walbro 255lph in tank pump and all seems in order ,as far as drive train ( drive shafts and stuff ) just std ,but over hauled and all seems to be fine ,a friend of mine is running 360hp in his rallye and has no issues in the last 18mnths !!!! proof enough for me ..

    mapping !!! just been put on short time and gotta leave it alone for a little while ,450quid is what i am looking at to map it so maybe a couple of months

    ha ha ha see what ya mean now …unfortunatly i made it from 2.5mm ali plate and formed it to fit and the carbon skuttle tray cover was just a strip of plain knit carbon trimmed to shape …

    easy to do though …

    the gearbox is a custom built sraight cut 6speed quaife item running vr6 ratios,with a ltd slip diff …again quaife ..works fantastic and the ratios are superb…its clears 68mph in second

    so all ran in now ,500miles+ and NO issues ….so this is a BIG THANK YOU to MATT AT DUBUNIT for all the time/ effort/ advice / knowledge /space /and all the ongoing development of the car … the list goes on ……and on ….. …..oh and the 300 quids worth of coffee we have done …

    went to the rolling road centre i am using at the weekend ( street racers .com) spent 4hrs talking and getting a feel for the place and feel very confident in their abilities …..they are looking forward to setting it all up for me and recon my target figure is easily achieveable with the spec i am running ..
