Update:-
I did finish the Haldex conversion, used car for couple of months then was dismantled
Car is currently just a shell

i thought standard rear length rallye/golf syncro fitted straight on.

ppl are fitting these saab powerflex bushes.

20v loom plugs into car loom in top of scuttle area, drivers side. not been cut.

have you cut the mount off subframe gearbox side then moved it back and rewelded it on?

so for total length its 320mm + 36mm (splined bit for inner cv) + 48mm (splined bit for outer cv) total = 404mm

so for total length its 416mm + 36mm (splined bit for inner cv) + 48mm (splined bit for outer cv) total = 500mm
