recieved my arb and bushes from vw today £69.61 all in not bad me thinks, just got to wait for the springs to get here then i can get the car in the workshop and have all the rear stuff done aswell as all the shocks and springs hoorah!!

the big bumper kits that come from places like german and swedish have the sliders in the pack with the bumpers but they are wrapped and have there own part number, can’t be much more help but they may be able to take them out and give you the numbers. hope this helps.

thankyou to all for your help after chris’s help iam going to order a set of passat weitec springs which should work without to many hitches thanks again and will post pictures of my car as soon as all the work is done regrds.

i was wondering why golf mk3 say gti lowered springs wouldn’t work for a golf syncro the cars must near way the same? or is it best to just go with the vr6 lowered springs? regrds

am i right in thinking then that i could use mk3 golf vr6 non syncro springs for front and rear of my syncro or std mk4 rear springs for the rear?

may have made a cock up the ebay number i have is 150256082497 after going back and doing a google translation ‘ohne’ in german means without ie without g60, syncro and 1.3. oh bugger luckily was gonna order it tonight. so now still looking []

avo just had a listing for a full kit for rallye’s. i had a search on german ebay and have found a full kit shocks and springs for 127euro’s which is quite good so iam gona have a spare set of shockers, but good foe spares i suppose. thanks for your help regrds

Hi sorry should have said it was for a golf syncro. iam desperate now for a set of lowering springs all round need them asap if anyone has some ill sort out moneys straight away, the car is going to the garge next week to have the diff and rear beam changed and there going to do all the suspension while it’s in. thanks guys regrds
