TT Manifold (high nickel content), very well made compared to some of today’s efforts:
TT T25 Garret Turbo charger (6 psi actuator), as you can see them blades are in very good condition, shaft has minimal play:
TT Cast Turbo Elbow and TT Downpipe, both good quality items designed to fit:
50mm inlet manifold with TT 5th injector elbow, (lower portion of inlet needs injector inserts replacing):
5th Injector pipework and couplings that bolt onto existing fuel metering head:
Stainless Oil feed line for turbo, comes with couplings to bolt into the oil filter housing:
Also included are some misc custom made pipes.
The quailty of the bits is outstanding, very well made. Keep in mind that it comes with all the bits that you would end up spending alot more cash on, e.g. oil/water feeds, couplings, custom made downpipe and the costs of a really good quality manifold and the the headache of making sure everything clears and fits.
This is a bolt on kit, all that is required are some boost pipes, inter cooler and an ECU. I was planning to use the following: http://www.splitsec.com/products/aic1/aic1ds.htm ,which is slightly more advanced than the old TT ECU and only costs around £150 and is DIY install.
I rang Turbo Technics, with the single injector the kit will make 180+bhp, if you use a more advanced ECU and additional fuel rail it will make 220+bhp (as Stealth did). TT in Northampton also quoted the following figures:
TT Conversion 16v, 6psi boost, 180bhp, 0-60 around 6 seconds, top speed 140mph+
Hope it goes to a good home.
Price: £450
