MemberHello everybody, my name is Patrick. I live in British Columbia, Canada. I own a Mk2 Golf GT syncro, I bought it about a year ago.
It’s a 1991 oak green 3 door special. It was imported from Germany 2 years ago by the previous owner.
It has 201,000km, 1.8 digi2, 5 speed, heated power mirrors, abs, mfa, rear defrost and wiper.

Chris from Lincs (UK) here. I have just aquired a Jetta syncro, red and grey two tone one off ebay.
Its not a common car or colour scheme so does anyone know any history of it?Thx

I am Vegard Holum, from Norway, 44 yrs, Mk2 addicted, 16v freak, interested in engine and drivetrain building.
Building up my first Syncro, engine is a 380 hp 16vt based on an ABF. Have started on a new engine, a 500 hp 16vt ran on alcohol.

Lot’s of VW fans over here but not many syncros. I own a 87. Rabbit snow fan syncro. It’s just a cat version of regular syncro
. GX engine, done about 250k km, have lot’s of plans in that department

Memberhello my name is mike own a golf syncro 89′ 8valve on carbs luv it to pieces literally
owned the car 2 1/2 years on my second strip and rebuild session needing plenty of parts .. car has a sad history of abuse which i am battling to bring it back to its best !! this site has been a help in advice hopefully now even more -
