exhaust is 3″ v banded down pipe ( camcoat ceramic coated)from turbo back side exit..( this needs sorting out better but works fine single silencer / a bit loud.)
turbo is a garret gt3071r 0.82 51mm
BUT…the straw that broke the donkeys back….!
The core let go 2 wks ago and needs a re core approx £500( this will give a warrenty to the turbo again)..i dont want to repair this myself as if i do i will end up keeping it :huh: ..but if the new owner gets the chra( turbo bearing cassette) i will fit it for free ……also the car will be mapped to 1.5 bar,as i have a unfinished session on the rollers at reyland motorsport …
the car was running 350 at 1.2 bar it will run up to 2.2 bar ..to do so it needs a better valve train thats it and then will push 475+..
prob missed some bits out !
price ????????????????????i know what it owes me but thats not what they fetch , i know…. :blink: but i dont need to sell the car its all paid for so it could sit in my garage for a while ..
but for e38 regs price i am after is in the region of £8275…maybe px with cash my way on somthing mk1
not alot for a potential 10 sec car really…….. :mellow:
