Haldex swap-driveshafts and prop shafts

Hello members, I look for some informations about haldex swap. Exist some mounting kit for haldex where will be fit stock prop shafts from Audi TT (with 02M gearbox in golf mk2) ?? And next questions are driveshafts, I want stock width, so front left driveshaft will fit from Seat Ibiza 1.9tdi 96kw, but whats with front right and rears driveshafts? I will use 5×100 hubs.
