Has there ever been a manual printed for the Golf/Jetta A2/Mk2 cars? Something along the lines of a Haynes or Bentley, preferably in English.
there are none.
you might get by with downloading elsa illegally. or roam german ebay after german self-study litterature.
however. there are not too many differences betwwen syncro/fwd .. wiring are the same (ofcourse a few wires here and there are different) but mostly the same.
the rear running gear is pretty much like the front when it comes to tightening torques etc
Yeah as housey says everything else is the same. For syncro specific issues you should be able to find the answers here
