    Hello,

I’m looking to purchase a black Rallye carpet (all the pieces) for a LHD car. Also, I am over in the states, so I’m sure shipping would be involved. OEM or aftermarket is fine. :) Thanks!

    Ben

I just looked at this http://www.newtoncomm.co.uk/cars/vw/product.jsp?ref=3181&model=25&series=137&type=3

& Unfortunately I think it is very unlikely to fit to either a Golf2 G60 or Syncro as they both have a higher transmission tunnel, which means that the carpet has to be deeper to fit over the hump. [:(]

if you look at the rhd and the lhd pictures you will see that the lhd picture has a taller gearbox tunnel carpet than the rhd carpet. i have ordered and specified rallye also simon from rallye club said they looked at his car last year and he also recommends them. will have confirmation by thurs

I sent NEwton Comm my syncro carpet last month to see if they could produce something for me, but it wasn’t possible.

spoke to them, it does not fit. i have ordered none the less and will splice. they are giving me an extra piece and i will get carpet fitter mate mate to splice the extra piece in. looking to cut down the centre and splice the inch or so of carpet. good splicing and it will not be visible. if splice botton of tunnel even better. when its done will post photos. man there said it was possible
