pvlMember@ re2 :
look into golf 2, 16v before 1988. they have them off
the factory, these ducts.pvlMember-> will i have to remove the original baffle?
No original baffle-plate is in at the moment, just a plastic piece that acts
like a little baffle and sits on the end of the oilpumpnozzle.A slight cut-up of that one might be needed with reassembly, but all is doable.
Never heared people moaning that it wouldn’t fit, afterwards…pvlMemberHmmmm.. leaking sumps.. very known on old cars.
There is even a rubber sump gasket+baffle to keep the oil @
the oilpumpnozzle when cornering hard.Originally made for the TDI mk3 engines, but very well suitable for our
petrol 4-potter enginesVW number : 037115220B – 037 115 220 B

pvlMembercheap a$$ ordinary plastic brakepipe with one way valve in it. Found in golf 1 + 2. And connected to the
inletmanifold’s center/front upper pipe. The one beneath is the ISV-connection. It’s that simple.Have fun !
pvlMemberetka -> passat
should be in there …pvlMemberLet’s await Chrisses reply. He knows this stuff, as he did this already….
pvlMemberI think chris has this worked out. Ask him, what his opinion is abouth it. I thought there was a little problem with
that…I thought the abs is still giving errors if you use the EDL master cylinder
