Not sure I trust the email thing on here, so I’ll let you know I’m interested in this tank and the tunnel and complete floor assembly.
how badly fitted is the floor and tunnel? Might be interested in this as a donor floor if it’s not been to badly welded in
Awesome! That would be excellent, I really don’t want to strip a perfectly good, and rare ‘box just for one casting.
Next Q, If I’m fitting an LSD to this, does that mean I don’t need any other parts? other that a few oil seals etc….?
is the difference from oilway to no oilway just a case of a hole? If so I’ll take it! I’m building up a special gearbox, out of a 6 speed O2S, a Rallye belhousing, and a Skoda or 5-speed A3 transfer box, so I can use haldex. [

3.2 litres! I take it that it has had some engine work! What’s been done and what sort of power is it making now? sory for all the questions! just curious.Silver lhd golf syncro with 1P injection engine. various mods and additions including big bumper and arch conversion, electric windows, central locking, bigger front brakes (rear discs to follow), lowered and uprated shocks and springs, alloys etc..
Incidently, the suspension cost £150 and uses new boge turbogas shocks and used, but perfect springs. It sits low enough to look good, rides very nicely and handles well too! The front shocks are GTI 16v spec and the rears are mk1 golf spec. poly bushes to come!
