Have you tried AK Bodycraft?They recently had a 4wd shell off me just for the tunnel and floor.they weren’t using the rear beam which was a Syncro one.
I am no welding expert but it looks like they have not had enough penetration rather than too much.Sorry I have no detailed photos.Still think this would be a good mock up base for someone even if they had to use other metal.Might know where a floor and tunnel would be avaiable.Cheers.Chris

I now am horrified to realise that I actually needed these for my project!I have sent an email to the purchaser to see if he will sell them to me as I have a perfect rallye diff and vc that I can part ex with him if he only wants them as spares.By the way let me know what you want to do about that dash insert.Do you have a phone no. for him by any chance?My no. is 07870824424.

Dale, it’s shaping up quite well thanks,should be back from PSI mid July.Engine bay smoothed,rhd pedal box and column in,all welding complete on body,going to paint next week,full stripped out respray.Best of British with your Mk1 project.Too late Dale.Too much invested in the G60 Syncro now.
Just had the Syncro 5 door carpet professionally cleaned and it really is mint!Looks new.Offers?
