Sourced outer trin from Classic VW.Still need inner pieces.The dealer tells me they have none of the eight pieces now.May make some myself out of fibreglass.Does anyone else need these or have any spare even some damaged ones?
These have now been fitted and are fine.

The stainless straps are shown alongside my original ones.
You can see that the original shape has been reproduced.The thickness of one end is easily replicated by fitting a washer.
These may have to be sent out flat but you can easily shape them by hand using your originals as a pattern or as you fit them.
If this was a problem then they can be sent bent but will require a little more packaging.Postage prices tomorrow.

Also planning to do Mk2 fwd,Corrado and Mk1 tank straps.
And possibly sump guards too in stainless if there is enough interest.
