Im having some parts issues on my ongoing haldex conversion on my FWD mk2.

So far tunnel welded in place and boot floor modded. Rear axle/suspension/brakes/driveshafts are all ok and in place.

Im using 02M gearbox and std track and 4×100

What front driveshafts and propshaft do i need? I have a syncro (?) propshaft that bolts to the haldex just fine, but doesnt fit the gearbox (flange on g/box is larger)

Getting excited now, as the project is finally starting to look like it might get finished.

You will need half Rallye shafts jointed to TT shafts

    Rallye outer – TT inner

prop shaft on front is TT shortened with TT cv cup fitted on middle of prop front end.
    with TT front doughnut.

    front section is 475mm long.

middle is Rallye with the above cv cup fitted.

on the rear I used Dutchbuild conversion flange to do away with rear doughnut.

    look on their website
