lloydy2020! things are moving on! we have colour! inner arches and bottom of car painted in colour coded raptor liner, Body obviously Montana Green. Starting to look bloody nice i reckon. Hopefully back home with me in around 3 weeks

Update on the original engine.. Pistons and bores are knackered, now i could use this opportunity to do a engine conversion. Some people may even say it makes sense, but.. i say even then i’d want to rebuild the engine going in, so! Original engine is going to get a rebore to the max size, that with the 268 cam and PB GTi ECU should see me at about 120bhp which is more than enough for a golf on stilts i reckon

lloydystuff has been happening! peruse the photos at you leisure! Gearbox being attacked too, 5th gear was knackered so is being swapped out for the ‘longer’ 5th (0.71) that i have in my spare box
