golf mk2 syncro/country reverse switch

If I plug mine in I get reverse lights on constantly. So I guess it’s knackered, found some old posts of someone who rebuilds them, but can’t seem to pm them.

I have stripped, cleaned & rebuilt this switch, Lloyd refitted it & its working perfectly!
