Unfortunately I think the time has come for me to part with my 89 French registered LHD Syncro 2.
I am considering buying a new car and could use my golf as a scrap-trade in.
Problem is that it still has a lot of life in it and I would rather it went to an enthusiast.It is the 1800 carb CL model with 247000KMS on the clock.
It is still my daily runner, has a new water pump, oil pump, timing belt, two year old full exhaust and still runs well and body work is in good condition.Comes with original Golf 2 roof rack bars + ski rack, one set of summer tyres on alloys and a set of snow tyres on steel rims. At the moment it has big bumpers but I still have the original smalls.
Looking for £900 or 1000Euros as that is what I can get for a scrap/trade in. Buyer would have to collect from the French Alps!
I really hope it interests some one.
