1988 f reg golf 1.8 syncro. i was told less than 600 of these were made in 5 door RHD!

I`m the second owner, i`v had the car 7 months and the guy prev bought the car brand new (at a cost of £12500!!! i have the recipt!) i have a very comprehensive history with the car, service book stamped till 88k the car is now on 106k i have service recipts. Nearly all work carried out by vag approved garages. he had them do bulbs, wipper blades, fluids anything that needed doing it went straight to the garage!<br />
It even has the origional dealer number plates.<br />
It`s had a webber conversion done as it`s more reliable than the original carb i believe.<br />
this car is totaly original other than the carb and the radio, it now has a cd player.<br />
It`s MOT’d till 2nd dec 2008 and currently sorn<br />
It has cenral locking, slide sunroof, PAS.<br />
All the syncro running gear works a treat no noise nothing.<br />
had 2 new brake lines for the MOT nothing else neaded.<br />
the only problem i know off is the paint on the roof has gone orange peelie? but fine everywere else.<br />
