So what i’m looking for is Bosch Digifant PCB info. I opened my faulty box and found one resistor/diode being burnt. It’s on same track that goes to pin 13. So how to identify what is it? I know that i could try to scrape that insulation gently, but that “resistor” is so small like 2mm long an it is soldered straight to PCB. Andwhat if its diode?
Audi doody or pvlg60 may be able to help, can you take a photograph?
I use Rapid Electronics for any electronic component – their film resistors are here: http://www.rapidonline.com/Electronic-Components/Resistors
By this is not relevant to this thread but, was nice find i think… http://www.trijekt.de/-73.html

I just looked & I havn’t got an 022CS ECU to open for a look inside.
i cannot drive the car cause i don’t have a spare ecu
Cokkeli, is it worth desoldering the R5 resistor to see if it hasn’t burnt on the other side? The PCB may have acted as a heatsink on that side…
Your second picture is a diode – has that gone too? the one to the right has the code ZPY 24, which looks like this type – http://www.datasheetarchive.com/dl/Datasheets-IS33/DSA00640668.pdf – so maybe the one you’ve marked has codes and you could buy an equivalent?
Got one! []
I will open it up later today & see what the resistor value is
btw if you want a reserve box? you can have it for 50 euros + postage
Inside photos, It looks a bit of a different layout to yours?
could be an earlier or later model.

No that diode is not gone, i think. ITS just for additional info as it is the other end of that burnt resistors.
I think that i try desoldering this weekend if my other problems with country are solved.
Yup. The layout its different. Thx Chris but i dont need one.
Is R5 from left to right Red Green Green Brown ?
