    Hi again

just a small question, what is the difference between the propshaft from a syncro with GU/1P engine and
1H/PG propshaft? other than the p/n offcource

    are they interchangeable?

    P/N for standard shaft is: 191 521 101 A (GU, GX, RH, 1P)
    P/N for rallye/g60 is 191 521 191 L (PG and 1H)

can i use the propshaft from rallye/g60 on my gt syncro 1P ? :P

    Regards

    Dan

The centre section is the same, but depending on year the end sections can be different with differing diameter drive lug recesses, any other differences are are compatable & interchangeable

The changeover date is 29-10-1990, thats the start of the 1991 model year

and its from from VIN nrs

    xxx MW 270 635
xxx MB 036 045 (Golf Country)

all propshafts fitted after this date/vin nrs are compatable and fully interchangable between all models built after this date
