chassis cover plate

I was looking through the pics on this forum and I found the chassis cover plates on other cars don’t look like mine.
I climbed under my car today and found that someone has made a plate and welded over this area on both sides. There is no rust in this area so can only presume that they didn’t have the originals.

Does anyone know if this part is still available?
Does anyone have a pair to sell?
would someone be willing to take photo’s and measurements or even loan me one so I could fabricate a new set

They are also available on classic parts 193199073A and 193199074A but over 150e piece. I got mine to one tinker i know and he made me new ones. All i have to do is drill the holes and weld in those stucke(191505119) parts i bought from classic parts. I can put pictures when i get them back.
