hi can anyone help, i want to change the rear stud pattern from 4 stud to 5 (112pcd) stud on my rallye golf, i know on a standard golf gti it’s just a matter of swapping discs, but the rallye is 4wd with rear drive shafts, so would it still work, if so would i use mk3 gti rear discs, i don’t want to chang the front just the rear for now it’s a long story why !!!
112 pcd is Audi ? mk3 is 5x 100, you will have to change the hubs as well, the wheel bolts simply go through the disk and bolt into the hub, front hubs may press in? if they don’t I guess it’ll be mk3 vr syncro rear hubs
112*5 is Audi A6, Audi 100, Passat, Sharan and Seat Leon and Alhambra, not to mention Ford Granada and T25 and T4 Transporters….. I would have thought you’d really be looking for 100*5, which is all of the Golf4 platform cars – nice big choice of brakes there.
There is another option. Ive gone 5 stud on my syncro 5×100 but Im sure you could get the adapters made to 5×112.
I’ll try and dig out the invoice they were £120ish
