a3 wheels?

hi everyone, was just wondering if a3 alloys would fit on a mk2 syncro golf without arch mods.. the ones that look like steels, i know i’d need pcd adaptors, but would the offset be ok? does anyone have any for sale/swap for pslots? cheers.

It wouldn’t be so hard to swap out the hubs for 5*100 hubs (and rear discs), which would give you a far more sound solution than PCD adaptors. IIRC the ‘pepperpot’ A3 rims are approx 5-10 different offset (ET) so unless you’re running ‘slammed’ you’re unlikely to have big issues.

thanks for the help. i suppose i’d need the hubs from a mk3 syncro? would the rear hubs fit my mk2 trailing arms? i might just stick with the adaptors for now till i know if i want to keep the wheels. i’m tryin to get a really snug fit in the arches but keep having them rub on full lock.
