I have got a gearbox left over from a Sycro that I dismantled a while back. It’s a rod-change gearbox out of a UK specification 1.8 carburettor Syncro.
The gearbox does not have the take-off drive with it anymore (or the long flange) as I am keeping hold of these parts.
It has been sitting outside in the elements for a while but should be okay. Seemed okay when I briefly drove the car prior to breaking.
I’m going to chuck it away soon but if anyone wants it, it’s free for collection.
Located in Wantage, Oxfordshire.

Hello, have you still got the gearbox knocking about, cheers
If it’s gone I have one on a shelf in Bristol.
The gearbox of mine was recently claimed by a friend who now intends to use it as part of some bonkers Polo conversion…
Thanks for your quick responses, how much would you like for the box monsieur diamond.
