I’m moving abroad & I have a problem… I planned to do a full 4motion drivetrain conversion in my syncro golf so have the following parts from an Audi TT 225 with approx 30k on them sat in my garage:

02m gearbox & haldex front diff
    Haldex rear diff
Front & rear subframes inc. swingarms
    Hub carriers & brake disks
    Propshaft
    possibly rear driveshafts too

Nearly forgot the cable change gearshift!

I think that’s it. Will check & confirm.

I’m currently undecided whether to ship them across the pond with me or find a worthy home for them here, so… any sensible offers?

Can sort some pics on request.

How easily will it fit? Wont the prop shaft be to long?

    Hi guys,

My apologies for getting anyone’s hopes up with this. but I have decided to ship the kit with me as I have since discovered it’s just about extortionate to pick the same parts up again where I’m moving too!

I believe the propshaft needs to be an amalgamation of the syncro & TT shafts, although I am by no means an authority on this (yet).

    Thanks for the interest.

I’ve nearly finished my Haldex conversion on my Rallye, you need to use the middle and rear section from the Rallye/Syncro, and the front section from the TT/S3 needs to be shortened and used in conjunction with syncro CV. Also front driveshafts need to be shortened or custom fabricated.

    Hi all,

Been a bit busy lately. The only parts now left are:

    Front subframe.
    Steering rack.
    Front struts.
    Rear springs and dampers.
A set of mk4 engine and gearbox mounts.
And also the sand blasted mk2 inlet manifold which can be seen on the left of the pic.
