after buying a mk2 syncro last month,
im now bussy getting al parts to gether.
    but i have a question.
is it possible to delete the vc?
so just connect the shaft without vc?
i want to fit a vr6 syncro gearbox and rear diff.
    and drop a R32 or a vr6 in it.
    thanks

Physically there is nothing to stop you replacing the VC with a solid coupling, but it is not a good idea as it is the only “escape valve” in the system, as it prevents propshaft wind up.

without the VC unit in your 4WD system, it will not last long, & by that I mean days rather than weeks, months or years!

Ok clear so that’s a NO, thx
Than comes the next question, rebuilding the transmissions is not the problem, but the vc.
Is there a diy? Is it easy? Or do some company,s do it? And what whil it cost?
    4 instead of 1 :P
