Up for sale, as I’ve decided not to convert to left hand drive.
G60 syncro / Rallye exhaust manifold, port-matched by Allstage (does the work for TSR, Radical and others):
As you can see in this pic it has a small crack, which Dave at Allstage said would most likely be fine, but it can be brazed or carefully welded if you feel it necessary.
An example of where the port has been opened up to match the gasket, so it’s a little bigger than the exhaust port itself. This provides a ‘step’ to help combat exhaust gas reversion. It’s fitted with new studs in the manifold/downpipe flange.
A worthwhile easy upgrade to any standard syncro/country with LHD, or as a replacement part for G60 syncro/Rallye. Would also be useful for use with a custom downpipe for RHD cars.
I’m asking 100 euros because of the work it’s had done, but open to offers if the crack bothers you. Located in Vantaa, Finland, but willing to post. International shipping would be in the region of 50 euros or thereabouts, Matkahuolto within Finland would be a fair bit less.
