    Hi guys. Totally fedup fitting inferior parts. Anyone know the part numbers for the 100mm outer and inner boots. I see various genuine Seat and VW boots on Ebay. Whats the important bit of the number I should be looking for? Cheers

    Left inner is p/n 1K0 498 201 cost at VW 30 eu ish

    Right inner is p/n 191 498 202A cost at VW 30 eu ish

    Both outer are p/n 321 498 203A cost at VW 25 eu ish

    Thats for a 1H/PG motor

    Thanks Chris. What difference does the engine type make. BTW did you get a chance to look for a SH transfer box bracket. Regards Trevor.

    Motor code 1H/PG has 100mm joints, all of the lesser powered are 90mm up until 1990 when VW rationalized them and fitted 100mm inner joints to all the Golfs.
