Help needed, Ibiza 4×4

Hi I have done the search and found what I am looking for but not 100% clear.
I am running a mk3 seat ibiza a a rally car which now has the back end of a golf mk2 syncro fitted to it (the one with the drums)
And is fitted with the haldex along with box and sqs controller.

So here goes the questions.

1) to run 5×100 is it just the flange that is changed for whole hub/knuckle?? if so what size bearings are used?

2) Running with vr6 lower arms (wide track) what shafts are used?

3) What shafts are used for the rear haldex fitted with the vr6 rear arms?

4) what is the total width flange to flange for the front and rear?

5) where can I get some carriers for 4 pot brembos for the rear?
