    i needed to change the timing on my 1.8 but the dizzy was solid.afer soaking the the hole on the block with wd40 for a bit, un screw the retaining bolt, clamped a small pair of mole grips to the dizy shaft,then with large flat head screwdriver tap down between the shaft and the block. move the mole grips back and forth.repeat until free. use the screwdriver to push the dizzy into the block to free it, your not trying to turn it like a bust bolt as you will prob just make a mess of it as it is alloy.
